Among the markets government plans to construct is USAFI market which is projected to have a capacity of 10,000 vendors from the current 4000.
State Minister for Kampala Metropolitan Affairs Kabuye Kyofatogabye says they are first conducting enumeration of the market vendors and opening up boundaries for the market land.

In the meantime , Kyofatogabye says government is in the final stages of constructing Kamwokya market which is expected to accommodate close to 2000 vendors from the current 500.
