Women politicians failing affirmative action-Osegge

The chairperson of the parliamentary accounts committee Angelina Osegge criticizes women legislators and other leaders for overstaying in leadership positions.

Osegge says though affirmative action has helped many women to ascend to positions of leadership, efforts to have them replaced by other women have been frustrated by incumbents.

She notes that women in leadership have a responsibility to groom fellow women to take up positions.
