Teachers concerned over low pass rate

Teachers express concern over the low pass and completion rates and the high Pupil Teacher Absenteeism.

Secretary General Uganda National Teachers Union James Tweheyo says that achieving quality Education  requires participation of every one adding that   this year’s them is’ Unite For Quality Education’.

Tweheyo also cuations religious institutions on plans to grab land for Schools  that belong to religious institutions.

This while addressing a press conference at Teachers House in Kampala ahead of the World Teachers Day on Sunday   5th-October.
