Obey, Lwamafa & Kunsa apply for bail

Jailed three former officials of ministry of public service have applied for bail.
Lwamafa Jimmy, Christopher Obey and Stephen Kunsa Kiwanuka were this week charged with causing govt a loss of 88 billion shs in NSSF un necessary contribution, and were sent on remand until the high court is ready to try them.

Through thier respective lawyers they want the anti corruption court to release them on bail on grounds that they are too old to be in prison and the fact they are innocent till proved guilty.

Their application has been allocated to justice Margret Tibulya for hearing on 27th Thursday next week.
