Dep. RCC wants Opposition leaders to meet President

The office of the Resident City Commissioner wants opposition leaders in Kampala to seek an interface with President Yoweri Museveni on their concerns about the management of Kampala.
The deputy RCC in charge of central region Allan Kajik says that it’s only through dialogue that both sides can positively contribute towards the development of Kampala.
Kajiki says that recent statements made by the president perceived by the opposition as an attack on the opposition can be discussed in such a process. He was speaking to journalists at Embassy house in Kampala.
Meanwhile, Kajiki says that the office of the RCC has set up a complaint desk to receive petitions from the public about developments in the city including the alledged brutality of the KCCA enforcement officers.
